This will be Australia's highest observation deck and Melbourne's top tourist attraction. 
The STH BNK podium is a multi-level curated space beneath the two towers with half an acre of open space above the podium. The outdoor space is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants with uninterrupted views of the river and the city. In the podium, there are retail shops, a wellness precinct, a market food hall, art galleries, auditorium, green spaces as well as childcare facilities. 
The East Tower is split into 3 residential sections: Garden Rise, High Rise and Sky Rise. Colour schemes and upgrade options are also available for each apartment. Garden Rise and High Rise residents will have access to an array of amenities on level 41 which includes: a swimming pool, private dining/ conference room, sunken lounge, monsoon shower, sauna, cinema/ karaoke, broadcasting room, co-working space, games room and gym. Sky Rise residents will have access to their own amenities floor on level 73. Above the Sky Rise Residences, there will also be 10 floors of Hotel Residences. 
The West Tower comprises of 50,000 square meters of commercial office space which will be occupied by over 5,000 professional worker. Above the 28 floors of offices, the 4 Seasons Hotel will be situated across 9 levels with another 9 levels of Hotel Residences above the 216 hotel rooms. 
A special feature of this development is the exclusive STH BNK auto club. In the basement of the building, there will be a fleet of 50 cars including BMWs, Teslas, Porsches and Range Rovers. These cars will be available for use by residents with different subscription options.

本人於今年三月經好朋友介紹認識了佳亞物業投資的 Ruby Chan , 經她推薦介紹買了一間在墨爾本CBD的住宅單位作為投資 。由於考慮到間中也會到墨爾本旅遊,所以把單位用作Air b&b, 方便隨時自住。
佳亞的團隊非常專業及有效率,收樓後不到幾天就馬上安排出租。之後每個月也會發出一份詳細的月結單列明收支狀況。
從來沒有想過在完全沒有親身看過單位之情況下可以順利購入單位,並把單位馬上出租及每月也有不錯的回報。

墨爾本佳亞物業
    之前完全沒有買賣海外物業的經驗,而因為兒子要到墨爾本讀大學,就考慮到既然要租單位給兒子幾年的居住,不如將租金轉為供款買一個單位給兒子居住。
    剛好兩年半前澳幣兌換率低,經在墨爾本的佳亞物業推薦和詳細的介紹,買了墨爾本市中心的一個即將落成的樓盤,該公寓在墨爾本的市中心地段,附近交通、起居飲食非常方便。
    去年因為疫情問題持續,未能到澳洲收樓,好在得佳亞物業Ruby幫忙跟進,更去到單位影相和拍片給我們看到新樓的真實環境。
    今年年頭澳洲開放通關,我兒子可由網課轉為面授,收到消息後即時通知佳亞物業Ruby;她很快地就幫我們添置該單位的傢俬電器,甚至乎起居的杯碟碗筷,小至毛巾、垃圾桶都幫我們安排好。
    我兒子獨自一人到墨爾本讀書,陌生的地方令他感到徬徨,好在有Ruby的幫忙,接他到單位安定後,更帶他到附近的地方熟習一下環境。
    如今我兒子已到墨爾本三個多月,安定了下來,但有時仍會遇到物業上,甚至乎生活上有不清楚的地方, Ruby都會清晰、認真地解答他的問題。
