Having worked with a few other property management companies, Gaia Property truly stands out. Their exceptional edge is their communication—they are incredibly responsive and concise, even handling critical issues out of office hours.

本人於今年三月經好朋友介紹認識了佳亞物業投資的 Ruby Chan , 經她推薦介紹買了一間在墨爾本CBD的住宅單位作為投資 。由於考慮到間中也會到墨爾本旅遊，所以把單位用作Air b&b, 方便隨時自住。
佳亞的團隊非常專業及有效率，收樓後不到幾天就馬上安排出租。之後每個月也會發出一份詳細的月結單列明收支狀況。

墨爾本佳亞物業
之前完全沒有買賣海外物業的經驗，而因為兒子要到墨爾本讀大學，就考慮到既然要租單位給兒子幾年的居住，不如將租金轉為供款買一個單位給兒子居住。
剛好兩年半前澳幣兌換率低，經在墨爾本的佳亞物業推薦和詳細的介紹，買了墨爾本市中心的一個即將落成的樓盤，該公寓在墨爾本的市中心地段，附近交通、起居飲食非常方便。
去年因為疫情問題持續，未能到澳洲收樓，好在得佳亞物業Ruby幫忙跟進，更去到單位影相和拍片給我們看到新樓的真實環境。
今年年頭澳洲開放通關，我兒子可由網課轉為面授，收到消息後即時通知佳亞物業Ruby；她很快地就幫我們添置該單位的傢俬電器，甚至乎起居的杯碟碗筷，小至毛巾、垃圾桶都幫我們安排好。
我兒子獨自一人到墨爾本讀書，陌生的地方令他感到徬徨，好在有Ruby的幫忙，接他到單位安定後，更帶他到附近的地方熟習一下環境。
如今我兒子已到墨爾本三個多月，安定了下來，但有時仍會遇到物業上，甚至乎生活上有不清楚的地方， Ruby都會清晰、認真地解答他的問題。
